HOW IT WORKS:
We have tried to make this as user friendly as possible but will continue to make changes when they are needed. We hope that you will give us feedback if something is not working for you or even better you just want to let us know the joy this service is bringing you.
To place an order you will need to click on the Roadside/Delivery Tab put the items that you would like in the cart and follow directions as requested. If you would like to place an order for pick up please indicate in the notes section and we will place it at our farm stand at 806 Strecker Rd for your convenient pick up. We will be delivering to Sandusky/Huron on Wednesdays each week. To give us the time needed to put your orders together, we will need all orders by 3pm the Monday prior to the delivery day. If you are a Norwalk/Milan order then your delivery will be on Fridays and your orders will be needed by Wednesdays at 3pm.
The only option at this time is to pay by debit/credit card. We hope to launch a prepaid system more like our CSA very, very soon. All sales are final. With that being said, we are a family run business and if a problem occurs in regards to the quality of our product then we will gladly give you a store credit.
We will charge a $5 fee for each delivery scheduled. There will not be a deliver fee charged for roadside stand pick-ups.
If you are not going to be home that is no problem at all. You will just need to place a large cooler at your front door with a frozen gallon of water placed inside it. PLEASE MAKE SURE THE COOLER CAN FIT YOUR ORDER! We will place your order inside the cooler and send you a confirmation so that you know your order has been delivered. If you plan to be home our delivery person will ring or knock and greet you with a smile and a friendly hello.
